Catalogue File Issues

Thanks to the vigilance of some helpful users, several bugs have been found in some of the catalogue files. As I need to fix catalogue errors outside of releases of BattleScribe itself, I will be pulling the catalogue files out of the main download. This will allow me to release updates to them as needed.

Another problem with the catalogue files is that since they can contain the intellectual property of various companies, I am unable to provide them for download on a site that has any reference to money - even donations. In effect I cannot be seen to be profiting from another company's intellectual property in any way. For this reason I will be moving data file downloads to their own site.

Known Catalogue Issues
The following issues are known about and are currently being fixed. In the meantime, you can use Catalogue Editor to resolve any problems that are affecting you. Head over to the feedback page if you want to let me know about any other catalogue issues you have found.

Space Wolves

• Gives an error message if more than 2 HQ choices are taken (Space Wolves can have 4)
• Cannot select a Drop Pod for Dreadnought
• No limit on number of Wolf Guard that can be added to a Pack
• No limit on number of Long Fangs that can be added to a Pack
• Vindicator has no points value

Eldar

• Unable to save rosters that use the Eldar catalogue (can still save as HTML)
• Bug where increasing/decreasing selections does not have an effect until you click out of the Customise Selection panel
• Points value of Rangers incorrect
• Wraithguard selected as troops must have a Spiritseer
• Harlequin troupes can only have one upgrade character
• Jetbikes can only have one shuriken cannon for every 3 jetbikes
• Some incorrect selection names
• Some incorrect error messages

Imperial Guard

• Heavy weapon squads have no points value 
• Special weapon squads have no points value 
  

Orks

• Painboys have incorrect points value
